Delivery cost and time: Delivery to the approved postcodes in Scotland is included in the final price quoted and takes approximately up to 10 working days. On some occasions, It may take a little longer, dependent on the weather conditions. However, in some harder to reach remote areas we may only deliver fortnightly.
Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity is three 50 Kg bags or a £85 spend on products. However depending on the locations, this may increase to a minimum of 5 bags or more in some areas depending on its exact location. Please contact us for further details.
How order is delivered and limitations to delivery: Delivery is made by flatbed lorry and bags will be dropped into your shed /coal bunker. All our deliveries are delivered in 50 Kg open sacks and will be delivered into your bunker by our driver, if you require sealed bags to be stored elsewhere please indicate this in the special requirements box when completing your details online at the ordering stage. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am. and 5pm so please ensure proper instructions are left when ordering if you will not be there to receive delivery. If you think this might be a problem please contact us before you place your order to see if we can make any alternative arrangements for delivery. If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow driveways etc. you must inform BL Fuels when ordering, as alternative arrangements may need to be made. If for any reason the driver is unable to gain access to your property or site, then your delivery will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements. Order tracking: After placing your order you will receive an email containing an order tracking number. Your delivery confirmation email will tell you which depot your order is being delivered by and contain all the information needed to track your order.
