Refund Policy


Cancellations and Refunds Policy:

You can cancel an order prior to the loading of your order onto our delivery vehicle and obtain a full refund. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods differ from the goods ordered by you, please contact us within 7 days and we will exchange them at no additional cost to yourself.

Please note, your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellations and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please see the HSMO Legislation page for details on this. Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or telephoned with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Terms & Conditions: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity is three 50 Kg bags or a £49.50 spend on products. However depending on the locations, this may increase to a minimum of 5 bags or more in some areas depending on its exact location. Please contact us for further details.

Prices: All prices are shown in UK £ Sterling Order Confirmation: When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice via email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

* Please note fuels for closed appliances: (room heaters, stoves, freestanding boilers except gravity feed appliances) Many of the appliances are multi-fuel and can burn either wood or solid fuel (coal and smokeless fuel). It is important to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for fuel. A few fuels may not be suitable for certain appliances and use of them could invalidate your guarantee.

We do not accept any liability if you choose to burn a product that is not recommended by your appliance manufacturer. Delay in Delivery’s: Please Note: Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances when it’s not safe to do so. (I.e. bad weather, ice, snow, etc.)

Tax Charges: For all orders 5% VAT is included. Payments: Credit Card Security Secure payment provided by our payment provider Shopify Payments. Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction.
